DELIVERY

Shipping is free for all products. IDO JEWELLERY provides quick and efficient shipping, with full insurance coverage to all shipping destinations. All deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after passing inspection. You'll see and estimated shipping and delivery date for each product on every product details page. These acan also be seen in your account dashboard and order confirmation email. Hereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.

*Courier delivery timeframe does not include the production timeframe which is estimation of 3-4 weeks.

GST

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes and surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

DELIVERY PACKAGE

Every item shipped from IDO JEWELLERY is delivered in our signature IDO JEWELLERY Delivery Box, accompanied by all related documents, including the appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable).

• Engagement rings and wedding bands are delivered in ring boxes.
• Loose diamonds and gemstones are delivered in secure packaging.

All parcels sent out are protected from damage with our delivery box and secured with a security sticker. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

If the security sticker is tampered please do not sign the parcel and contact our customer service immediately.

COURIER SERVICE

Following shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Our items are fully insured during transit and all purchases require a signtaure upon delivery. To keep our customers protected. IDO JEWELLERY always:
